1. Withdrawal period: The maximum period to withdraw your clothing is 3 months. After this period, a 50% surcharge will be applied to the invoice price.

2. Color separation: Garments must be separated by color before delivery. We are not responsible for garments that may bleed or shrink during the washing process.

3. Garments with stains or dirt: If any garment has stains or dirt that could transfer to other garments, please indicate this upon delivery. The company is not responsible for damage caused to other garments due to unreported stains.

4. Garment warranty: Garments delivered without a washing instruction label will automatically void the warranty.

5. High-value clothing: We recommend that you do not include clothing of high sentimental or financial value in the laundry. In the event of damage attributable to the company, compensation will be limited to a maximum of five times the cost of the laundry service.

6. “Please be sure to empty the pockets of your garments before handing them in. The company is not responsible for forgotten personal items, such as money, jewelry, keys, or documents.”
